Background:

Danse Mormora is located about 5 kilometers from the town of Haro Lebetu, and the farmers grow coffee in fertile clay soil at high elevation. The variety most commonly called "Bourbon" here is not the same as that type that is better-known from Central and South America: Coffees called "Bourbon" colloquially in Ethiopia are typical coffee-berry-disease-resistant cultivars.
